Desert Bloom Retreat
at
Ojo Santa Fe | Santa Fe, New Mexico
Space is limited to only 12 guests for this Retreat.
Come and join us October 9-12, 2025...
This October, we are holding space for a small group of therapists, health professionals, and healers to step away from the demands of clinical work — and come together for four days of restoration, reflection, and reconnection.
We’ll gather at Ojo Santa Fe, a quiet, high desert sanctuary surrounded by natural springs, cottonwoods, and expansive skies. The retreat is designed to nourish the inner lives of those who care for others and who would like the chance to pause and prioritize themselves.
This is a reflective, trauma-informed retreat focused on replenishment.
No CEUs, no performance. Just real space to land and listen inward, in community with others who understand the work.
let’s gather. let’s exhale. let’s restore.
A space for you — mind, body and spirit
This retreat is a chance to step away from the urgency of daily life and return to yourself — your center, your purpose, your why.
As healers, we hold so much. We often work within systems that prioritize productivity over presence, and we pour our energy into others while our own needs quietly fall to the bottom of the list.
This retreat is designed to support you — your mind, your body, your spirit. It’s an invitation to rest, reflect, and reconnect. To gather strength not just for your work, but for your own wellbeing.
Given the storms of recent years, can you offer yourself this time?
Not to produce. Not to perform. But simply to be.

Hello, I was born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, where I first felt the call to help others. My journey to Santa Fe began in 1994 with a one-year internship at St. Elizabeth’s Homeless Shelter, and I never left. I fell in love with the work, the beauty of New Mexico, and eventually, my husband.
Though I thrive in the high desert, I’m also drawn to water—it’s my medicine. Whether hiking, camping, or simply being in nature, I find grounding in the quiet moments.
Since my time in Community Mental Health, I’ve felt a pull to create something meaningful for therapists, health professionals, and healers. Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked in shelters, hospitals, courts, and crisis teams, holding space for stories of loss and resilience. I’ve also trained in EMDR, mediation, and traumatic stress studies, always striving to approach this work with greater care and presence.
In 2025, I founded Desert Bloom Consulting to offer healing professionals a space to rest, reflect, and reconnect. Our retreat is one such space—rooted in community and deeply respectful of all that we carry.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom and stepmom, and life is always full and unfolding.
Warmly,
Beth

Land Acknowledgment
Desert Bloom Consulting acknowledges that our October 2025 retreat takes place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Tewa people. This region is also culturally significant to the broader Pueblo communities, as well as to Apache and Diné (Navajo) peoples.
The sacred waters and fertile grounds around Los Pinos Road—have supported Indigenous life, ceremony, and healing for generations. We honor the resilience, wisdom, and sovereignty of Native communities past and present, and commit to walking in a spirit of respect, accountability, and learning.
As we gather for rest and reflection, we also acknowledge the responsibilities we carry as guests on this land. We encourage our community to learn about the original stewards of the land they occupy and to support Indigenous-led efforts for cultural preservation, land rematriation, and healing.
